The business psychologist has seven years of experience as a consultant and focuses on a solid framework of trust and values when working with candidates and clients. In doing so, open communication, respectful interaction and commitment build the foundation for successful and long-term cooperation.
Before joining LAB & Company, she worked for an international executive search boutique and a human resources management consultancy. She specialises in filling first and second level management positions and experts with pertinent experience in areas such as tax, law, auditing, corporate finance, corporate governance, compliance, data protection and IT security, digitisation, fraud investigation and IT forensics as part of white-collar crime investigations. She also fills cross-functional management and key positions for medium-sized companies in technical industries.
She is the main point of contact at the Munich branch in matters concerning data protection (GDPR/FDPA), information security (ISO 27001) and quality management (ISO 9001). Together with her colleagues in Dusseldorf, she develops new concepts, concrete measures and fundamental solutions for the continuous optimisation of internal processes.
In her spare time, she likes to travel to lesser-known regions of the five continents, exploring remote diving areas or chasing the wind while kite-surfing. At home, she likes spending time cooking, doing yoga or Pilates or planning her next trip. She values flora and fauna and is committed to the conservation and protection of oceans and reefs.
