The enthusiastic personnel consultant has more than 25 years of sound professional experience, including several years in North and Southeast Asia. She started her professional career in accountable sales positions at international industrial and trading companies as well as in the fuel trade. Over 15 years ago, she switched to personnel consulting and executive search in national and international markets.
Heike Mahrdt looks after a client base that has grown over the years in the most diverse areas of the energy, public, industrial, transport/logistics & infrastructure sectors.
Born in Hamburg, she moved to the Rhineland 20 years ago. She spends her free time with her family, plays tennis actively, and also enjoys opera and ballet.
