Boris Lenz joined LAB & Company as Principal in 2020.
Boris Lenz, who holds a degree in economics, has been working in HR consulting for more than seven years and has gained experience in both national and international environments.Today, his focus is on management positions in mobility – (public) transport, logistics & infrastructure.
In addition to his expertise in HR consulting, Mr. Lenz has also worked for a management consulting firm with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, a bank and an international leasing company.
Boris Lenz prefers to spend his free time with his family and friends. In addition to social activities including vacations and travel, he enjoys sporting activities such as cycling tours, hiking, winter sports and soccer.
Boris Lenz is certified for the use of Hogan Assessment Systems.
