Marcel Ramin Derakhchan belongs to the team that founded LAB & Company and has been working with LAB & Company since 2002. Since 2010 he has been in charge of the Professional Services Practice as a Managing Partner and is the first point of contact for companies in the healthcare industry. Besides, he also provides consulting services to clients from the industrial as well as the information and communications sectors.

Since 1999 in executive search, he previously worked as a consultant in change management with the management consultancy Accenture. The qualified banker and Business Coach is married, and enjoys contemporary art as well as visiting Italy and Southeast Asia in his free time.
