Dr. Klaus Aden

Dr. Klaus Aden is the “A” in LAB & Company – co-founder and Managing Partner of the Dusseldorf office since 2002. Prior to starting LAB & Company, Dr. Aden was a partner in influential German and international consulting firms. For over 17 years he has served his ever-increasing base of Energy and Public Sector clients. He especially enjoys working with politically appointed boards of directors.

In 2010, Dr. Aden was listed in the business newspaper Wirtschaftswoche (no. 41) as one of the 100 most influencial HR consultants and at the same time named one of the leading consultants in the energy/utilities industry.

Outside of work, Dr. Aden enjoys spending time with his family of five, football, and socio-political and economic issues.
