  • Sounding out the appropriate target groups as determined by the search profile, leveraging our deep market and personal knowledge to dig as deeply as necessary.
  • Approaching appropriate, known candidates in a personal and strongly individualised manner, inspiring their interest in the position and identifying promising new candidates.
  • Establishing responsible relationships in the context of fair partnership.
  • Evaluating candidates using appropriate, authentic diagnostic methods and using this information to provide comprehensive, credible references to the market backed by our reputation.
  • Acting as a moderator and a trusted advisor for both sides during negotiations between an employer and a potential candidate.

Once a candidate has been placed we consider it our job to support the new executive’s integration. We therefore remain in contact with both parties – which at the same time serves to sustain our client networks over the long term.
