This service involves providing responsible support to our clients as they address issues in their leadership team and in their organisational culture. Coaching is often helpful during times of transition or change, as executives often lack the training to manage these processes. They cannot draw on experience in dealing with them, and it may be difficult to maintain the required perspective or objectivity regarding the problem at hand.
A coach can often shift an executive’s perspective simply by asking the right questions, thereby facilitating new, more appropriate responses to a problem.
