LAB Partner Fritz Grupe appointed as member of Advisory Council for the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences

Schleswig-Holstein`s Minister for Education, Science, Research and Culture, Ms. Ute Erdsiek-Rave, has appointed LAB Partner, Fritz Grupe, to become a member of the Advisory Council at the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences for a period of 4 years, starting in September 2004.

The Advisory Council has seven members and its task is to advise the university regarding the conveyance of scientific findings to the general public as well as with regard to the inclusion of present-day problems in teaching and research.

Fritz Grupe has both a technical and an economics background and has held leading positions both in public law companies as well as in industrial enterprises. He has worked in the field of management consultancy since 1987 where his main focus has been the search and selection of executives for top- and second-level leadership positions. One of his particular industry focal points for many years has been the field of Life Science and Health Care as implemented by the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences. He will devote himself both in word and deed to this honourable, social task and continue to play an active part in the continued success of the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences.
