LAB & Company is the initiator of a tool for surveying top executives that is unique in Germany – the Managerpanel. It provides a picture of the prevailing economic mood and opinion, through the eyes of the country’s executives. Since spring of 2006, we have regularly surveyed the more than 1200 members of the panel on their opinions about issues in economic and business policy, on career expectations, personal plans for the future, and the desirability of employers.
