Our Selection Process —
How we find the best

In our search for the best, LAB & Company employs the most effective methods from several disciplines. In selecting our candidates, we of course rely on face-to-face meetings and cultivating a personal network. But we also make intensive use of new channels of communication such as Web 2.0 and social networking sites. These channels offer significant opportunities for identifying and establishing ties with attractive candidates. The internet offers additional possibilities for truly strategic recruitment marketing.

All of the candidates we present to our clients are people we know personally. They have been carefully selected and interviewed, their references have been checked, and we have complete confidence in their suitability. Recommendations based solely on a database match is simply not our business. Similarly, we only advertise jobs in exceptional cases where a broader search is required.

We don't engage in tactics such as presenting candidates to businesses simply as interview practice. We see ourselves as a partner to our candidates. We know them personally, and have a longstanding relationship of mutual trust with many of them. We are proud of the fact that they rely on us.
