LAB & Company is managed by Dr. Klaus Aden and Frank Beyer, who are part of the company's founding team of 2002, and since 2010 by three additional managing directors - Elke Vorholt, Marcel Derakhchan and Herbert Ecker.
Peter Lachner, the third member of the founding team, retired at the end of 2007 after contributing to the successful establishment of the the company's business. However, as part of the Advisory Board his expertise is still serving the company.
