LAB Lachner Aden Beyer & Company dates back to 2001. The market was in turmoil at that time, leading to the collapse of many an “innovative” business model. The consultancy market also underwent drastic change. Years of growth shrivelled into double-digit market losses – players who had previously only known success were faced with the alienating consequences of failure. The LAB founders, each of whom had at least ten years of experience, joined forces to found a company capable of weathering the conditions of a newly competitive market.
The solution we arrived at was quite simple – get closer to clients!
